VIDEO: PAX Australia and the GDAA talk about the Melbourne decision

PAX Australia has released a video with focuses on the town they've chosen to host in: Melbourne.

It's up on the Invest Victoria site, and features Antony Reed, CEO of the Game Developers' Association of Australia, and Robert Khoo, President of Penny Arcade and Show Director of PAX.

It goes over the reasons why PAX Australia chose Melbourne (over other perfectly good cities like, oh say Sydney) and highlights the parts of the gaming industry and community which appeal to them.

No additional details on PAX itself are revealed here, it's more akin to a dev diary on location scouting, really, but it's got some cool old-school game animations overlayed on Melbourne architecture and landscape, so is worth checking out if just for that.
