Microsoft has released a video to demonstrate functionality of the Xbox One's Kinect-controlled user-interface.
It starts with the assertion that the clip was recorded on November 1 using live Xbox One code, thereby disproving the unfounded rumours recently doing the rounds claiming that Microsoft was struggling with the console’s interface.
It then shows Yusuf Mehdi and Marc Whitten using a host of functions and effortlessly switching between applications using voice commands.
There’s some other cool stuff, such as the way Skype follows you as you move around the room (by using software and not moving the camera, apparently) or the ease with which users can upload game clips.
