VIDEO: 2K and RawDLC team up for Borderlands charity event

2K Games and podcast site RawDLC are hosting a charity event next weekend, which is slated to take the form of a Borderlands 2 marathon.

The event will feature prominent media from across the Australian landscape, and will include editors and writers from Gameplanet Australia, Kotaku, AusGamers, Geek Bomb, MCV and many others.

The entire marathon, which will take place over the weekend starting Friday 21st September at 6pm, will be a four-player co-op campaign of Borderlands 2 taking 30-40 hours in total, with every cent earned being contributed to Child's Play.

To introduce the event, here's Gearbox Software President Randy Pitchford:

A stream of the entire marathon will be live on the RawDLC web site, during which time people can make donations as Australia's media compete vigorously to remain awake and not wither into delirium.
