Ubisoft takes the title for iGEA soccer competition

In an incredibly close final, Ubisoft knocked out Warner Bros in a penalty shootout to take the win at this year's iGEA soccer tournament.

Last year's tournament was the first from the iGEA, and was received very well, with 15 teams signing up in all, including newcomers from the International Game Developers Association, who took the much coveted Wooden Spoon prize.

The final few standing included Playstation, Activision, Ubisoft and Warner Bros, with Ubisoft taking the win in spite of being without Mikey Foley after a run in with a falling goal post.

IGN hosted the bar for the afternoon again, and an all teams were as enthusiastic and knackered as always.

Congratulations to Ubisoft on the win!
