Turn Left Distribution picks up Capcom

Capcom has picked Turn Left as its distribution partner for Australia and New Zealand.

Turn Left will act as the Japanese publisher's official distribution partner in the region.

Ultra Street Fighter IV will be the first release when it launches on August 8 for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

"We are proud to be bringing on a partner in Capcom to the TLD family of partners," says Turn Left CEO Paul Elliot.

"We’re very excited to be bringing some of the industry’s well known, iconic titles to the region and look forward to a mutually fruitful and exciting new partnership with the team at Capcom."

"We are looking forward to developing and growing our business in ANZ in our new partnership with the TLD team," says Andy Davis, commercial director at Capcom EMEA.

"ANZ will form an important part of our plans for the future. The knowledge and experience of the market that TLD bring with them will be crucial to the successful implementation of those plans. I’m convinced exciting times lay ahead for both businesses."

Previously, Capcom was distributed through All Interactive. It's the third publisher to part ways with All Interactive in recent months, following Koch Media's partnership with QV Software and Rising Star's deal with Mindscape.
