The Last Of Us: Remastered boosts PS4 sales over 51% in it's opening week

VGChartz is reporting that The Last Of Us: Remastered's 632k sales in its opening week has increased PS4 sales for the same period.

The Last Of Us Remastered launched on July 29th, and has since been a global sensation. Locally it has topped both the Australian and New Zealand PlayStation 4 and All Platform Charts for the two weeks since its launch based on NPD Group Australia preliminary data. 

VGChartz is reporting that TLOU: Remastered sold 632,030 units world wide in it's opening week. This reportedly helped boost PlayStation 4 sales by 51% to 178,164 units for the same week. 

The article goes onto to report that TLOU: Remastered has claimed the third highest opening week on the platform with Watch Dogs and inFAMOUS: Second Son being the only two titles to out sell it.
