Street Fighter X Tekken tournament kicks off tonight

The OzHadou Nationals, now in their 10th year and known as OZHX, is a fighting tournament on this weekend.

It kicks off tonight with a social gathering of all the competitors, who are each entrants by virtue of paying the nominal fee of AUD$50, and continues over the course of the weekend with a Street Fighter X Tekken showdown.

Registered players all receive points which combine to allow them to enter the final, wider tournament in Las Vegas.

The Australian event will take place in the Sydney CBD, and has attracted over 200 serious competitors this year.

The OzHadou Nationals also host tournaments for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
