PAX to support indie devs with central booth

PAX to support indie devs with central booth

Some great news for the Australian, predominantly indie-focused development community, as PAX extends an olive branch.

There are criteria concerning exactly what qualifies a studio as being an eligible indie outfit, the first being that you need to be an Australian or New Zealand company with at least one commercial title under your belt, the second being a maximum headcount of 5, but the idea is to provide a booth in the thick of the event, right alongside all the major publishers, which will house up to 20 local indie teams.

The idea is to band small teams together to reduce the overall cost and improve the professionalism of the booth itself.

It's going to fill up fast, no doubt, and applications to be a part of the indie booth can be submitted to PAX via email until the end of November.
