OzHadou tournament draws to a close

Last weekend saw the OzHadou event series, now in its 10th year, play host to a Street Fighter X Tekken tournament.

The event was held in York Street in Sydney, began on Friday 17th February and saw over 200 entrants, some of whom flew interstate to attend, and each of whom paid AUD$50 to register.

The game at the centre of the event was the crossover fighting game Street Fighter X Tekken, which finally pits the Capcom big hitters against fighters from the Tekken universe after countless bouts between almost every other fighting brand out there.

The OzHadou tournaments occur every year, and cover multiple fighting games including Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, Super Street Fighter 4 (Arcade Edition), Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and the recently released Soul Calibur V.

Panda Photography was on hand to photograph the event. A few highlights of their work are below, but for full coverage of the event, be sure to check out its Facebook page.
