Nintendo drops several 3DS street dates on us

Luigi's Mansion 2, Fire Emblem: Awakening, Animal Crossing: New Leaf and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity are bound for ANZ soon.

Luigi's Mansion 2 is a direct sequel to the GameCube game, where the number two hero of the Mario universe tackles ghosts with a flashlight, starting on Thursday 28th March.

Fire Emblem: Awakening is the next in a series of Earth-saving, dragon conquering turn-based battled, hitting local shelves on Saturday 20th April (an unusual date, to be sure, but Nintendo has been making sure to do simultaneous digital and retail releases).

Then there's Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, wherein you actually play as a Pokemon raiding dungeons, also releasing on a Saturday, hitting on 18th May.

Finally, Nintendo will be delivering Animal Crossing: New Leaf on (again) Saturday 15th June, where the game goes full sandbox, taking away all objectives, goals and story in favour of unadulterated and adorable strategy management.

All-in-all, a killer lineup month by month for 3DS owners.
