Namco Bandai has secured the Australian and New Zealand distribution rights to Short Peace, a new game and anime collaboration developed by Grasshopper Manufacture.
Short Peace: Ranko Tsukigime's Longest Day is a fast-paced 2D side-scrolling action exclusive to PlayStation 3.
It was developed by Suda51's Grasshopper Manufacture studio in conjunction with Crispy's, the Japanese developer responsible for Tokyo Jungle, and offers "an interactive facet" to the acclaimed anime movie compilation Short Peace.
Featuring works by anime artist Katsuhiro Otomo (of Akira fame), Short Peace features the Oscar-nominated short film Possessions, along with Combustible, Gambo and A Farewell To Weapons.
Namco Bandai says Short Peace will release in this autumn.
