MCV Pacific joins EA/SCE Australia for the FIFA Interactive World Cup

The FIFA Interactive World Cup is coming up, and MCV Pacific has partnered with SCE Australia and EA for the Aussie event.

MCV will be the local media partner, covering the individual state qualifiers as well as being present to participate in hosting the finals live in Sydney.

The pre-qualifying rounds will be taking place on Thursday 22nd March at 6pm at EB Games stores in each state. Spots in each location are filling up fast, so be sure to register your interest here and spread the word.

Guy Blomberg, Marketing and Ad Sales Manager for MCV, said: "MCV is looking to strengthen its presence in retail and significantly increase the number and reach of local events, whether they come out of retail, publishing, development or education."

"The FIFA Interactive World Cup is a spectacular series of events which culminates in an Aussie consumer being given the chance to receive an all-expenses paid trip to represent Australia in the world finals. We look forward to helping get the word out about this great opportunity for local consumers and working with EA, PlayStation and FIFA to make the Australian events the best they can be."

The individual state pre-qualifiers will take place at:

  • New South Wales: EB Games Westfield Miranda, Miranda
  • New South Wales: EB Games Top Ryde City, Ryde
