IN PHOTOS: Hitman event shows pure class

This Tuesday, Namco Bandai, Square Enix and Bohemia teamed up to host a preview event for Hitman: Absolution for media and community.

Taking place at an out-of-the-way venue in Waterloo which sported a mixture of decaying infrastructure and aging, grand furniture and accoutrements, the mixture of class and broken things seemed to fit the Hitman world perfectly.

Invites were sent out in the form of Agent 47 red ties with physical invites attached, a nice touch.

Art Director Roberto Marchesi (pictured) was on hand to walk people through the changes in the game on an ad hoc stage, then each wall was lines with PS3 and 360 IDUs, while off to the side a three-monitor bleeding edge PC setup (which stole a lot of thunder at the community portion of the event in particular) showed off the game at its peak performance.

The event was run in conjunction with Gamespot, who ran a Q&A with Marchesi for the community, taking questions from the audience, Facebook fan page and Twitch TV.
