The second annual iGEA Industry Soccer Tournament has been dated, and teams of 6 are now being encouraged to register.
Needless to say, encouragemenet will hardly be required for EA (which fielded two teams last year and sponsored the event for FIFA 12) which took the title against Ubisoft with their A-list team in the finals 8 to 7 (coming down to penalties). Third place last year went to GAME.
As with last year, this tournament will have food and drinks provided all afternoon, and publishers, media and tertiary educatiors are required to submit their teams to Raelene Knowles at the iGEA by 4th September.
The day itself will take place on Friday 14th September fom 12pm-4pm, and will this year be held at Macquarie University.
Teams can have unlimited substitutions, and must have at least one female player on the field at all times. Teams are welcome to combine forces for smaller companies.
