Heather Murphy leaves Nintendo

After being a familiar face in Nintendo PR for almost five years, Heather Murphy's last day at the company will be next Friday.

Heather told MCV: "I have had an amazing four and a bit years working for Nintendo, and I would like to thank each and every person who I have had the pleasure of working with during this time."

Heather is leaving Nintendo for another job outside the games industry, and media can contact Matthew Faulkner in the mean time for Nintendo-related enquiries.

"I'm excited about my new role and my next adventure, but I'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the Australian and New Zealand video game industry, made up of such talented, kind and wonderful people. It has been a pleasure."

Heather joined Nintendo over four and a half years ago as PR Coordinator, and leaves on 20th April as PR Manager.

We wish Heather all the best with her future endeavours.
