After staging a 50% off sale on gaming last month, Harvey Norman consumers are continuing to report delays in receiving their purchases.
Kotaku is reporting (via Lifehacker) that customers' orders are still going unfulfilled, citing one particular customer's strife as an example and pointing to the large number of complaints still circulating on a Whirlpool forum.
The sale evidently took in more interest than Harvey Norman expected - the same issue which plagued the otherwise fantastic prices held during the recent Dick Smith sale.
The retailer is still relatively new to the online sphere, and has undoubtedly earned itself a shakey relationship with the local retail and publishing sector since officially endorsing grey importing with Harvey Norman Direct Import late last year.
