Splinter Cell: Blacklist headlines this week, with The Bureau: XCOM Declassified and Disney Infinity also punching strong.
Sam Fisher's latest outing is one of the last, great games for the current generation, stealth-killing its way into retail on 360, PS3 and Wii U (AUD$89.95 or NZD$109.95) and PC (AUD$79.95 or NZD$89.95) on Thursday 22nd August.
Disney Infinity (Disney's answer to Activision's Skylanders) will also make its debut this week, and has the potential to go gangbusters with sales. It'll be out on 3DS, Wii, Wii U, PS3 and 360 on Thursday 22nd August for AUD$89.95 or NZD$129.95, with a slew of Disney characters also becoming available from the likes of Cars, The Incredibles and Pirates of the Caribbean.
2K Games' thoroughly re-worked XCOM squad-based shooter also lands this week, promising intrigue and action in a 1950s alien invasion setting, and hitting on Friday 23rd August for PS3 and 360 (AUD$89.95 or NZD$99.95) and PC (AUD$79.95 or NZD$89.95)
Also out this week is the Wii U exclusive Wonderful 101, which is receiving great reviews, and Flashback as a digital download, an HD remake of the classic platformer.
