Games Out This Week in ANZ...

Well, it's definitely October. This week, we've got X COM, Dishonored, Fable: The Journey, Carrier Command and Pokemon Black and White 2.

Dishonored is already receiving rave reviews across the board, and has all the hallmarks of being the breakout new IP of the year. It's making its mark on Thursday 11th October on 360 and PS3 (AUD$89.95 or NZD$109.95) and PC (AUD$69.95 or NZD$89.95).

2K are delivering the X COM game fans have wanted with X COM: Enemy Unknown, which serves as a remake of the original 90s game (and is helmed by strategy gods Firaxis) rather than the re-imagining which seems to have been put on hold for the moment. It'll be in stores on Friday 12th October on PS3 and 360 (AUD$89.95 or NZD$99.95) and PC (AUD$69.95 or NZD$89.95).

Fable is going in a new direction this week, with The Journey arriving on Tuesday 9th October as a Kinect exclusive for AUD$69.95 or NZD$99.95.

There's still heaps more, including Carrier Command for 360, Pokemon Black and White version 2 (two separate titles), Worms Revolution as a digital title, classic racer Spy Hunter for Vita and the antipodean Rugby League Live 2.
