The final FIFA Interactive World Cup tournament in the Pacific region took place this weekend in Auckland, New Zealand.
The New Zealand arm of the FIWC attracted 64 total competitors, who descended upon Auckland's Sylvia Park, one of whom made it through to win a spot in the Dubai world finals to represent New Zealand and compete with 23 others from around the globe.
The event was open to the public as well, with plentiful Playstation IDUs for people to enjoy friendly matches around the tournament itself.
Reece Lambert (18) took this year's New Zealand position, said: "I never thought I’d win today. It was my dream and I’m just so happy!"
Lambert had previously represented New Zealand in the FIFA U-17s World Cup in Mexico last year.
