Nintendo is very big on its public activations, and this latest idea is no exception.
Those who own a copy of either Pokemon Black, White, Black 2 or White 2 can grab some super-rare Pokemon (Shiny Dialga, Shiny Palkia and Shiny Giratina) if they get to selected stores during the following dates:
- Shiny Dialga: Friday 30th August - Thursday 12th September
- Shiny Palkia: Friday 13th September - Thursday 26th September
- Shiny Giratina: Friday 27th September - Friday 11th October
Fans who want to grab the Shiny Pokemon need to have Pokedex unlocked and have no more than 11 wonder cards.
Much like the street pass and general hang-out vibe of the Nintendo booth at PAX Australia, Nintendo is once again making an experience with its games relate to the real world and really engage with their audience.
The promotion comes in time for Nintendo's release of Pokemon X and Y for 3DS, which is hitting the day after the last Pokemon ceases to be retrievable.
A full list of participating stores can be found on the official web site, but Nintendo will be partnering with EB Games in Australia and JB HiFi in New Zealand.
