Whore of the Orient info briefly appears

The next game from the crew formerly known as Team Bondi (now absorbed by KMM), Whore of the Orient, had an ephemeral radar blip today.

Inexplicably present on the Team Bondi web site was a static info page with a background to match, detailing the vague outline of the undoubtedly ambitious next project from the Sydney-based L.A. Noire creators.

The web site info reads:

Shanghai, 1936. Whore of the Orient. Paris of the East. The most corrupt and decadent city on the planet, where anything can be had or done for the right price. Plaything of Western powers who greedily exploit the Chinese masses. Boiling pot of Chinese nationalism, with the Kuomintang ruthlessly trying to suppress Communism and the labor movement. Home to the International Police Force, a group of Western cops hopelessly trying to keep the lid on and keep the peace.

And the full graphic from the site:

The game is allegedly slated for release on next-gen consoles and PC, and the Warner Bros logo was present in the bottom-right hand corner of the page.

The site has since returned to be entirely L.A. Noire content.
