EB Games raises over AUD$550k for Starlight Week

This year, EB Games managed to beat its 2012 record by AUD$50k while raising money for the Starlight Foundation charity.

This year being the Starlight Foundation's 25th anniversary, EB Games chose to host a celebrity and fan 25 hour game-a-thon in its flagship store in Swanston Street, Melbourne.

"EB Games are a wonderful partner of Starlight," added Louise Baxter, CEO of the Starlight Children's Foundation. "The initiative to run a 25 hour game-a-thon during their Starlight Week this year is just another example of how the EB Games team always go the extra mile for our Starlight kids."

The game-a-thon featured gaming marathon sessions, games, competitions and more, and was widely promoted through EB Games' social media channels.
