Dark Souls II DLC coming in July, August and September

A three-part DLC called The Lost Crowns Trilogy will be released for Dark Souls II starting next month, says Namco Bandai.

The content will be released for all three platforms – PS3, Xbox 360 and PC – and offers “entirely original areas” with new bosses and loot.

Crown of the Sunken King will be released on July 22 on 360 and PC and July 23 on PS3. This will be followed by Crown of the Old Iron King on August 26 (27 on PS3) and Crown of the Ivory King on September 23 (24 on PS3).

A season pass offering access to the lot is available to pre-order now on Steam (US$26.99) and PSN (AU$37.95).

“We are pleased to offer this new Dark Souls experience with The Lost Crowns trilogy to players seeking for more challenges,” Bandai Namco Europe's VP of IP strategy, marketing and PR Herve Hoerdt said.

“With this season pass, Bandai Namco Games is pleased to extend the Dark Souls experience over this summer.”
