Bohemia Group agency snags Namco Bandai account

Today, Namco Bandai Partners announced that is has signed on with a new PR agency for all its titles in Bohemia Group.

The deal will see Bohemia take on media buying, digital and PR responsibilities for all Namco products in ANZ, across their own titles, Codemasters and Square Enix, and will include franchises like Tomb Raider, Hitman, Formula 1 and Tekken.

Mark Gilbert, Namco Sales and Marketing Director, said: "The team has great depth and years of combined experience in the interactive gaming space. We look forward to working with Bohemia Group on innovative and creative strategic PR and Media campaigns across our titles."

Brett Dawson, Founder and Managing Partner at Bohemia, added: " We are very excited by the opportunity to work alongside Namco to marry strategic thinking with PR, digital and media execution."

Namco's two product managers have been handling PR in the interim since the departure of Jason Evans. Both will remain in place and oversee Bohemia's work.

Bohemia's talent includes Ross Purdy (formerly a PR Manager at Namco himself), who will be returning to the familiar library of games after a stint at 2K Games in a similar role.
