Uppercut Games has announced that its debut title, EPOCH, a cover-based third-person shooter, will be releasing for iOS devices tomorrow.

The game has been in production since Uppercut was founded in February this year, and is set to bring AAA quality shooting mechanics to iPhone and iPad.

Andrew James, co-founder of Uppercut, said: "We’ve been working hard to put the finishing touches on EPOCH. It’s been great to see the reaction from people who’ve had a chance to preview the game."

James and co-founder Ed Orman previously came out of Irrational Games in Canberra, with a combined 9 years experience at the company working on such titles as Bioshock and X-Com.

Pricing for EPOCH is yet to be confirmed. Check out the launch trailer here.
