Assassin's Creed III pre-order incentives revealed

An extensive collection of bonuses and special editions have been revealed by Ubisoft for the upcoming Assassin's Creed III.

The 'Freedom Edition' will come in a steel book case, exclusive to EB Games in Australia and New Zealand, and will include a 24cm high-quality figurine of the new protagonist Connor, George Washington's notebook on the Templars, an exclusive lithograph, 2 additional single-player missions and the 'Sharpshooter' multiplayer DLC.

The Freedom Edition will be retailing on 360 and PS3 for AUD$128 or NZD$148, and PC for AUD$108 or NZD$128.

The 'Join or Die' Edition will be stocked at multiple retailers (including EB Games), and will come with the medallion of the Assassin's (the game's famous logo), George Washington's notebook, 1 of the single-player missions coming in the Freedom Edition and the same multiplayer 'Sharpshooter' DLC.

The Join or Die Edition will be retailing on 360 and PS3 for AUD$108 and PC for AUD$88.

There will also be a non-exclusive Special Edition which will come with its own unique packaging plus one single-player mission not contained in either of the other two Editions of the game, entitled 'A Dangerous Secret.'

The above editions of the game are only available in the EMEU (Europe, Middle East and Asia).

Assassin's Creed III is set to release on 31st October this year.
