After only a brief time at Microsoft Australia, Retail Sales and Marketing Lead Andy Coughlin has returned with his family to the US.
Coughlin took on the role at Microsoft on 8th September last year, and spoke to MCV about the unique differences between the US and Australian / New Zealand markets shortly thereafter.
His departure follows not long after David McLean, Consumer Channels Group Director, who took his leave from the company after a significant stint.
A statement from Microsoft regarding McLean states: "Microsoft can confirm that after 15 years with the business, including the past year as Consumer Channels Group (CCG) lead, David McLean has made the decision to leave the business to pursue other interests. He has made a strong contribution to the business and we wish him well for the future."
"The CCG business will report directly to Microsoft Managing Director, Pip Marlow, until a new appointment has been made."
No announcements have yet been made by Microsoft about new appointments for either role, but MCV understands both roles will be filled in due course.
