We are on the hunt for an innovative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and passionate ReedPOP team.
In addition to being a true Marketing professional, we need you to be a video game and pop culture champion. You will share your knowledge with the group, helping teammates to understand our customers and the potential for new ideas and best practice.
You will be responsible for managing the ReedPOP Marketing team, providing clear guidance and direction in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
Core to this role is campaign management, Community management, market research, budget management and brand management. You will focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with key external parties (PR, creative, media, associations etc), and working with in house Creative and e-business teams on digital and traditional marketing activities.
You have considerable marketing experience with a strong background in community management, ideally within the exhibitions or events industries. You will also have solid analytical and database management skills, experience with budgets, financial forecasting, strong project management and organisational skills. You are a strong people leader with proven experience managing a team.
You have excellent communication skills, are focussed on the customer, have attention to detail and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Your confidence, creativity and can do approach to work is essential.
