Just because we're on the home stretch doesn't mean these are light weeks, with LEGO Lord of the Rings, Paper Mario and the Mass Effect Trilogy out.
LEGO Lord of the Rings will take a chunk out of retail, tying in nicely with the first Hobbit movie and releasing on Wednesday 5th December in Australia and Thursday 6th December in New Zealand for PS3 and 360 (AUD$79.95 or NZD$99.95), Wii and Vita (AUD$69.95 or NZD$79.95), 3DS (AUD$59.95 or NZD$69.95), PC and DS (AUD$49.95 or NZD$59.95).
Paper Mario: Sticker Star, the well received successor to Paper Mario, is dropping on Friday 8th December as a 3DS exclusive for AUD$69.95 or NZD$94.95.
Mass Effect is getting the trilogy treatment this week as well, with all three games coming to the PS3 (the trilogy set was already out for 360 and PC) on Wednesday 6th December in Australia and Thursday 7th December in New Zealand for AUD$89.95 or NZD$99.95.
Also, be sure to look out for Dragonborn, the latest downloadable expansion to The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which may only cost 1600 Microsoft Points, but will undoubtedly steal many a gamer's time when it launches on Wednesday 6th December for 360.
